General standard house rules apply – this is a residential home so please be considerate of house, yard and neighborhood.
ENTRANCE: Guests have private, coded entrance and can come and go as desired. Codes will be distributed by owner or manager just prior to arrival.
SECURITY: Private access is through side of house (street side). Guests have a unique security code to enter. Light switch immediately to your left. Guest door is marked > B <. There are no physical keys. The suite is extremely secure and safe. Guests can set their own inside deadbolt for added security.
ACCOMMODATION: Guest Suite is on attached but private entry side of a duplex style, residential house (left side when facing the house). Owner lives on other (right) side. The guest suite is completely private with it’s own private entrance. Guest door is marked > B <. Please be respectful as it is a private residence.
GUESTS: Registered quests ONLY are permitted to stay. Under NO circumstances are any guests allowed to have “extra” or unregistered guests stay over without prior approval. All intended guests MUST be registered upfront and for the full duration of stay. Partial days guests must still register for the full length of stay. No visiting guests after 10:00 PM.
GENERAL: Guests are expected to keep accommodations clean and free of trash. Trash receptacles are available. House is on a Septic System. No throwing of non-biodegradable substances in toilet, please use waste baskets instead.
CHILDREN: The house is not child proof nor suitable for children (0-12 years).
KITCHEN: Guest have their own kitchenette which includes facilities for basic cooking and/or heating of food. Users must leave kitchen clean and tidy as they found it. All dishes, cookware, etc must be washed and dried and put back in their proper locations where they were found. Stove-top and counter tops must also be cleaned with no remaining food items left out. Under no circumstances is any grease or oil to be dumped down sink drain. Please use paper towels to clean/soak up, then deposit in trash.
BATH: Private bathroom – towels, soap provided. Please, do not throw non-toilet paper, pads or
feminine products in the toilet bowl, use the basket
PETS: Sorry – no pets allowed unless first approved by owner.
INTERNET: High Speed Wireless internet is available throughout entire house and outside patio. SSID is: CASAVINCENZO. See WiFi section for passcode.
LAUNDRY: Shared Washer/Dryer is available upon request – However, laundry products are not provided. To use laundry please make arrangements with owner.
UTILITIES: Utilities (electric, water and WiFi) are included with Suite. Please turn off/close all lights, windows and utilities when not in use.
SMOKING: Absolutely NO smoking anywhere on property (inside or out). There have been nearby fires in the neighborhood due to the recent drought.
PARKING: Please park in graveled turn-around area just in front of gate.
NOISE: The house is very quiet and generally peaceful. No loud music, parties, etc after 10:00 PM unless OK’d and allowed by owner.
HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING: There is a user controlled, Split A/C system in the bedroom. Guests can set their own preference as desired. The controller is on the entrance door panel. See AC User Document as to how to set. Portable heaters and fans are also available upon request.
