Yard and Area Maintenance
It is the tenant’s responsibility to keep the yard and surrounding areas clean, tidy and maintained. Debris and trash need to be disposed of properly and grass trimmed and leaves raked and disposed of as needed. Frequently, after a storm or high winds, there may be tree fallen tree limbs, etc. Small branches can easily be broken up and placed in the Yard Recycling Container. Large fallen branches can and will be hauled away by the owner or Property Manager – please contact either one of them for pickup.
