Toilets and Sink Maintenance
Never throw paper towels, sanitary wipes (or similar products) or non-biodegradable objects down the drains or toilets. Plumbers can get expensive and are a tenant expense if they are needed to clear out lines due to clogging. Kitchen sinks are especially susceptible to clogging due to grease and other debris. It is better to throw questionable items in the trash and NOT down the drain.
